The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the main square! The room was clean. The building's historic charm is excellent, perfectly maintained and inviting.
The mattress, while softer, didn't provide the firm support I prefer.

we got tastefully decorated and unique family room with bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. a fridge, an air conditioning, and a sofa bed were available here too. the hotel had indeed an unbeatable location to basically everything.

The family queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was nicely decorated with bathroom. Tea and coffee making equipment, fridges, and an oven were available;)))

We booked standard twin room with a beautiful view and separate bedrooms, as example. There were coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator and an oven, enjoyed it. The location was AMAZING, at a medium distance from Piazza Grande.

The location is unbeatable, right in Piazza Grande. I loved the historic charm of the building, and the Beautiful Junior Suite was spacious with garden furniture. The staff allowed us to store our bikes safely, a huge plus. The noise from the bells ringing throughout the night was disruptive. Not ideal for anyone sensitive to sound. While the website claims free parking, we faced challenges finding reliable parking for our car. I appreciated the ambiance, but some improvements in service communication would enhance the experience.

This hotel is good, and provides everything I need, like free wi-fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. Staff once gave me helpful travel tips. I recommend asking for the welcome drink upon arrival!
